NaliGrid Joins Claude's Startup Program

NaliGrid has been accepted into Claude's startup program, run by Anthropic. It is a small line on a page, but it means a lot to a team building event software for Nigerian planners.

Why this matters to us

NaliGrid is built by a very small team. The planners who use it run weddings, conferences, launches and owambes with dozens of vendors and hundreds of guests, and they expect the software to keep up with them on the busiest day of their month.

Claude is already part of how we build. It helps us write and review code, track down bugs, and test changes before they reach a planner. Recent work such as the voice channel for event teams, WhatsApp invitations that queue themselves when the daily sending limit is reached, and access cards that the team can scan from any phone all shipped faster because of it.

Being accepted into the program gives us more room to keep doing that, with more support behind us.

What Claude's startup program is

The program is how Anthropic supports early-stage companies building with Claude. It offers API credits, technical guidance, and a way to connect with other founders working on hard problems with the same tools.

What it means for planners

Faster fixes and new features. When a planner reports a problem, we want the fix in their hands quickly. More capacity on our side means shorter waits on yours.

AI where it saves you time, not where it gets in the way. An event is a place where small mistakes are expensive. A wrong seat, a missed vendor call time or a guest who never got their pass is felt on the day. So we will be careful about where AI goes inside NaliGrid. Over time we will look at the jobs that eat a planner's evenings, like turning notes into a run sheet or a long WhatsApp thread into a task list, and leaving the decisions with the people who run the event.

Your data stays yours. Your events, guest lists and vendor records stay yours, under the same privacy rules as before.
